Banner Mechanic Banner Mechanic is an ASP-based banner control system that runs on Access or SQL. Using Banner Mechanic, you can easily update advertising content on your website and control how the advertisers get rotated, when (days of the week), which pages they display on, how many times they display, etc. You also get a monitoring interface which determines the number of views a banner has had and what percentage of views were converted to click-throughs. This makes it easy to show your advertisers and potential advertisers how the system is performing.
